1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the wwk77 platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any service offered by wwk77. Your continued use of the wwk77 website, mobile platform, or any associated services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time.

wwk77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of wwk77 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the wwk77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of wwk77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the wwk77 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the wwk77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify wwk77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

wwk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wwk77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wwk77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wwk77 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• wwk77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• wwk77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• wwk77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Such reviews are conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine AML regulations.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wwk77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion details.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. wwk77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• wwk77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may be required to opt in to promotions; automatic crediting of bonuses is not guaranteed.
• wwk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wwk77 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a regular basis. wwk77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Each game on wwk77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on wwk77's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, wwk77 will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the wager will be refunded.
• wwk77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including but not limited to software errors, collusion, or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wwk77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under aliases.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to wwk77 immediately; failure to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the wwk77 platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward wwk77 staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

wwk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the wwk77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wwk77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of wwk77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wwk77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of wwk77.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwk77, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the wwk77 platform.

wwk77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wwk77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

wwk77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the wwk77 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wwk77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and wwk77 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wwk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For material changes, wwk77 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact wwk77's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. wwk77 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
